Adopted by more than 250 businesses, Protel’s PortalPLUS e-Invoicing solution is an application which provides hotels and restaurants with the convenience to manage their e-invoice checking, sending, payment follow-up, as well as purchasing and recording processes from one single point, and offers a central management opportunity for chain stores, as well as sector-specific functions in a user-friendly interface.
e-Ledger
With PortalPLUS e-Ledger solution you can do the following operations: creating an e-Ledger, an e-Ledger certificate from the accounting receipts generated in accordance with the standards specified by the Revenue Administration (RA), having the e-Ledger and its certificate approved by the taxpayer via an e-signature or financial seal, taking the certificates approved by RA again in the system, as well as viewing such certificates.

Who Should Use e-Transformation Systems?

Companies with a turnover more than TRY 5 million are obliged to use e-Invoice, but there is no pre-requisite turnover to switch to the e-Invoice system. Companies intending to use e-Invoice can voluntarily apply for it.
Only self-employed persons cannot issue e-Invoices, however they can legally receive e-Invoices.
